We are pleased you have expressed interest in becoming
an agent for McLaren Health Plan. We understand the value of agents, and have
embraced a hassle-free approach to your clients’ needs. We listened to you, and
in response, have designed our Agent Support Unit based on your input.
Our goal is to develop a long-standing partnership to help you build and
sustain your business, which is why we have developed an effective
infrastructure to respond to your business needs.
Each agent will have access to an Account Service Representative to ensure
that your administrative needs are met. The Account Service Representative
serves as a primary point of contact to facilitate:
- Quick and efficient rate quotes
- Client and member education
- Member inquiries and problem resolution
- Open Enrollment
In addition, your clients’ and their employees will have access to a
Registered Nurse on the McLaren Health Plan staff to make the transition to
McLaren Health Plan as simple as possible. The McLaren Health Plan Nurse will
make a visit to the employer within the first 30 days of enrollment to answer
employees’ questions regarding individual health care needs, prescription drug
formulary transition, benefits and provider network.
